Monitor Lisbon tem o prazer de anunciar Rolla Costa / Let’s Find Out de Eugénia Mussa. Esta exposição é a primeira individual da artista com a galeria depois de ter participado na exposição colectiva Pequenas Notas Sobre Figuração na Monitor Lisbon em 2020 e na Ladder to the Moon na Monitor Roma em 2021. Para Rolla Costa / Let’s Find Out, a artista apresentará uma nova série de obras realizadas durante este último ano, juntamente com uma pequena selecção de pinturas anteriores, que giram em torno do tema da infância, pretendida como um período especial da vida humana, cujas memórias lúdicas e despreocupadas devem ser alimentadas, abrigadas e protegidas. A exposição será acompanhada por um poema de António Poppe.

do oceano, el cor ante estádio, os espaços que prensam
a pintura mineral no momento da emanação e dissolução
dos mundos, flora conjunta, mira através da juntura solar,
repara naquilo que nos repara
a soma dos céus
sem mãos a medir,
parece uma memória mas ninguém a viu a não ser invisível
por isso, o invisível está sempre a começar

Rolla Costa / Let’s Find Out is the first solo show of Eugenia Mussa with the gallery, after having participated in the group shows Pequenas Notas Sobre Figuração at Monitor Lisbon and Ladder to the Moon at Monitor Rome. For this occasion, the artist will present a new body of works made during the current year, together with a small selection of earlier paintings, which revolve around the theme of infancy, intended as a special period of human life whose memories of amusement and lightheartedness should be nurtured,sheltered and protected.
The exhibition will be accompanied by a poem by Antonio Poppe.
